What type of fruits can help with conditions like acne and inflammation?

I would like to know what type of fruits I could combine to help me with the following health conditions: Fibrocystic Breasts, Acne- (whenever I eat fruits such as pineapple, orange, grapefruit, strawberries/berries... In other words, I'd say most of the fruits, I break out badly on my face, or when I eat  chocolate, cashews, peanuts/nuts...) I was following holistic medicine and the doctor said I have too much acid in my body and gave me NUAge, but apparently I am allergic to it. Constipation, Inflammation- (whenever I walk a lot or stand on my feet for long period of time my ankles are swollen. It is until after I rest or lay down to bed they become normal).

Regarding acne - sounds like there may be some type of food intolerance or reaction to these particular foods. Please check w/ a Dr. or get tested for food sensitivities using tests such as LEAP from a certified specialist. If the issue is acidity, then eating a more plant-based diet can help alkalize your body - more greens!!

In addition, I've heard that sometimes people are sensitive to the pesticides on the produce so make sure you are buying the best quality if this is the case.

The swollen ankles actually sounds more like fluid retention. Def kick your feet up more often and try some foods that act as a diuretic to help remove some of the fluid (cucumber, celery, lemon/lime, asparagus, parsley, green tea, watermelon.

These diuretic foods, upping foods with potassium and minimizing salt and caffeine can also help w/ symptoms of fibrocystic breasts.
