How can I add healthy fat to my diet without gaining weight?
I eat a very low fat diet, but I get plenty of fiber. I have been having problems with constipation, and after a poor report on a colonoscopy yesterday, I realized that I will need to make even more changes to my diet. I am not overweight, and I would like to have a nutriblast twice a day; one for breakfast or lunch, and one small one for a pre-workout boost. How can I get more good fats in my nutriblasts without gaining weight?
