When will I start feeling the benefits of my Blasts?

Hi. I have had my Nutribullet for only 9 days. I feel like a kid in a candy store with so many recipes to choose from. I started drinking one blast for breakfast and have added a second one for lunch. For supper I prepare a healthy meal for myself and my family (chicken, lean meat, fish, veggies, etc). This machine is so easy to use and clean up - I love it!

My question is, when I look at the recipes online or in the booklet (a very nice booklet I might add) there is a little blurb saying this blast is good for heart health, cancer-fighting, thyroid ,energy, etc, etc. But, in order to see the benefits of a heart healthy blast do I need to consume one each day, twice a day, once or twice a week? How often should I be drinking a particular blast for a particular problem?

Does this make sense? I started myself on a healthy eating plan to lose weight (lost 28 lbs in 2 1/2 months so far) and I have been exercising at least 30 mins a day. I am very obese and have been all my life. Since I have lost both my parents to congestive heart failure I certainly don't want to go down that same road. So, when I see a blast that is supposed to be "heart healthy", I just wonder how often do I need to drink that for it to be beneficial.

Thanks for your feedback.

Hey furry1! Congrats on your weight loss and decision to improve your health. I cannot give you an exact answer to your question, because for each of us, it varies.

When you see a recipe that says heart healthy, what that means is that the ingredients used in the recipe have been shown to provide some protective benefit to one's cardiovascular system. Another example would be a NutriBlast that is recommended for joint pain would contain anti-inflammatory foods in order to help that particular ailment.

Some people have found that they feel a difference and notice improvements in their health within a week, some feel more energy after one day and others it may take a couple months. We are all on a different journey, however when anyone begins consuming healthy fruits, vegetables, nuts, legumes, seeds, grains, etc. and in an easily digestible and bioavailable form, there's no question that your body will thank you for it :)
That makes sense. Thanks!
how are you getting on? Did you keep at it? The best thing you can do for your heart health is exercise, have you kept that up, and have you pushed it? Hope so. best wishes and thanks for the post.
I have not had my Nutribullet.RX for very long. I am finding that this can be rather expensive if you just go out and buy. Stick to a list of a few at a time, then use the items . I will say that never used Walnuts and now I have found a wonderful way.
Hi Robyn54, I find it best to go out and buy cheap fresh fruit, cut it up and freeze in bags as complete recipes, that way I can use all the fruit and veg up, my Nutriblasts are lovely and cold, and ive all the ingredients to hand. I find it helps to write the recipe requirements, eg add oats, or add coconut water on the bag. Hope this helps
can frozen fruits and vegetables be used in nutribullet rx?
I've had my NutribulletRx for about a week...I just love it. I have 3 different Ninja machine which I like but this is awesome. I'm an insomniac n have been for many years. I'm finding that that I'm actually sleeping better~not as well as I "should"~but so much better than I ever have, even with sleeping meds. I'm really enjoying the recipes but I also like to just toss some stuffs in there n see what I come up with, lol. I'm hoping to be able to add a few pounds as I go along~I've always been scrawny....I'm using my NutribulletRx more than I have my Ninjas~which I'm just thinking of giving away ❤️
