Is it okay to add a lot of ingredients at once?

I am having loads of fun, mixing and changing ingredients! I am having 2,3 and sometimes 4 nutribullets a day, I'm addicted! My question is can you over do it? I am adding loads of superfoods to each blast, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkins seeds, goji berries, Maca etc etc! How much is too much? Is it ok to add a lot of different ingredients at once and how many nutriblasts can you have each day?

There is no limit to how many you can drink in a day as long as you are mindful of your daily caloric needs and choosing ingredients that provide plenty of the macronutrients protein and healthy fats. There are a few vitamins and minerals that you should pay special attention to if you are going all plant-based (vitamin B12, vitamin D, calcium, and iron). Most boosts are fine to add more than once a day - the one that comes to mind right now is maca - I'd only include once a day and then take a break from using it every two to three weeks or so.
Thanks, so only use Maca once then stop for 3 weeks, or use daily for a week then stop for a few weeks?
It can vary...test it by whether you are continuing to feel the effects with the same amount and when you no longer feel the difference then vary it up. You can either use it daily for a couple weeks and then stop using it for a week or so or you can also vary the use each week. Here's a guide that you may find helpful for this method: Week 1: use 1 tsp 3-4days/week Week 2: use 1 tsp 5-6 days/week Week 3: use 2 tsp 5days/week Week 4: use 1 Tbsp 4 days/week Once you've built up a tolerance, you can continue to use 2tsp to 1 Tbsp 4-5 times per week. This is just a suggested guideline and is not a prescription or exact science. You'll have to listen to your body and just remember to vary it up to continue to reap the benefits.
