Can you suggest a post workout drink?

I drink a blast each day of spinach, kale, carrots, blueberries, cinnamon and sometimes add celery. I am doing exercise program every day and core every other.   I feel like I am running out of steam each day.   What would you suggest for a post drink to help repair the muscles?  Today, I added 1/4 banana, cacoa to the blast and left out the carrots.
