Which ingredients contribute to constipation?

I am still having constipation issues when having morning smoothies. Are there any ingredients that might contribute to it, like flax or chia seeds.  Other than that, I use mostly fruits, almond milk, coconut oil, greens. I thought I might be able to avoid using Metamucil.

I would make sure you are drinking plenty of water. Sometimes when people start Blasting, they tend to decrease the amount of water they are drinking because they feel satisfied from their Blast. Drinking water is crucial to help keep things moving. I would also suggest making sure you are getting moderate exercise as this can also help alleviate constipation.
