Kitkat the sugar and fiber in fruits and a big dose of fiber from other veggies can be a major laxative for many people. Also if someone has not been eating much fiber, the sudden introduction of lots of fiber can certainly cause this. It could also be part of the body detoxing. I would say cut back to just one small blast a day for a week or so and make the blast mostly veggies with a little low sugar fruits like, green apples, berries, peaches, pears or plums.
