How should I prioritize my conditions and choose a recipe?

Can you please tell me the best nutribullet recipe and routine to follow to help relieve inflammation, pain and improve circulation quickly? I am a 44 year old, overweight woman, I have been using the nutribullet & working out for three weeks.  I am having pain/inflammation in my legs, pelvis and back  and some circulation problems in my right foot & baby toe. I have seen my Dr.and other than my weight, everything is fine.  I know my weight is the main factor of my pain.  I'm not tryin to find a quick fix. However I will be traveling in a couple of weeks and hoped that I can relive some of the pain before I travel.

I find myself all over the place. I feel like I'm overdoing it. I buy a varity of produce, but it sometimes goes bad before I can cosume it. If I freeze my greens will I get the same health benifit as the fresh greens?  With all of the recipe choices I'm having trouble making a decision about when and what's the best nutridrink to drink. I would like to keep it simple and still get in all of the essential nutrients I need.  Can you please help me prioritize?

I would start very simple, there is a lot you want to accomplish and it is best to start with one goal. You will find if you pick one goal some of your other goals will be met without even trying. Lets focus on weight loss. Start by replacing one of your meals with a Blast. Use your tall cup and follow this outline: half veggies, 1/4 low glycemic index fruits like apples, pears, cherries, figs, grapefruit, berries, peach and apricots and use unsweetened almond milk, coconut water or regular water as your base. I would also add 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds and a handful of almonds or half an avocado. If this does not keep you full you may want to try adding a scoop of vegan protein like hemp, garden of life raw protein, sunwarrior or vega one. You can also freeze fruits and veggies, it actually helps lock in the nutrients, just remember to prep them before you freeze them. Just by including fruits and vegetables into your diet you will automatically receive anti-inflammatory properties from the foods and an overall improvement in circulation.
