Are there recipes for frequent bloating?

Are there any recipes you can recommend for frequent bloating? I just bought a pro biotic. Would that help? Thanks for any advice you can give!

A probiotic is a great option for managing bloating. Avoiding foods that can increase gas production like fried foods, brussels sprouts, cabbage, beans, raisins, bananas, onions, cucumbers, radishes and spicy foods, may be helpful. Keep me posted!
