What can I try for chronic back pain?

What can I try for Chronic back pain.  I've had 3 surgeries after breaking my back.  They said they can not operate anymore.  I have severe chronic pain.  Do you have any suggestions I can try to help with the pain?

While foods cannot cure chronic pain, they might be able to help with reducing inflammation in the body that can then reduce some pain. Some great anti-inflammatory foods include turmeric, ginger, pineapple, avocado, cucumber, celery, hemp and chia seeds, walnuts, tart cherries, papaya, garlic, berries and green tea.
Along with the foods that Krista Haynes R.D. has recommended, you can also try taking 500 mg Pantothenic Acid - that's a B vitamin - with each meal or blast. It helps the body deal with pain so it's not so hard to bear. It isn't a pain reliever. Also, remember to take a good B Complex once a day. Be vitamins work better if they are all in your system. Another nutrient that would help with the stress on your body from the pain is Leucine, 1 of 3 branch chain amino acids. Try blasting with a protein powder designed for "Recovery" to get the 3 branch chain amino acids. Leucine is a major help for any kind of physical stress, such as exercise, illness, surgery, and pain.
