A good swap for those foods would be mango, pears or apples. Here is a great recipe on some low carb Blasts: Check out this recipe to support kidney health:

I have moved from being pre-diabetic to diabetic. I like the recipes I see, but there isn't any nutritional information. Can I find it somewhere? I had the "Peachy Ginger Blast" this am.
Hello, wondering if all the Bananas in the drinks might not be such a good thing for me Im a Diabetic ( not a bad one) and wondering about all the bloating Im having also Im unable to Drink a full cup can only do about one coffee cup ea I still getting the benefits ?? Thanks
Getting in more fruits and veggies than you otherwise would without a Blast means yes, you are reaping the benefits :) Just drink what you can. For bananas, know that as they ripen the starches turn to sugar so possibly using ones that are less ripe. It would be a good idea to monitor your blood sugar to see how they are affecting you. Remember, there are so many other fruits and veggies you can use instead -you don't need bananas!! Try some lower glycemic fruits like berries, green apples, and avocado for creaminess.
