The servings of fruits and vegetables that are shown on the recipes, is that per serving?

I noticed that the recipe servings are different then the fruit or vegetable servings and I am wondering how to figure out how many servings I am getting for the color recipes that I am in need of having daily. Is that for the whole recipe or is that on an individual serving?

Official Answer

The "servings" as they refer to on the NutriLiving Health Assessment are just 2 Tbsp each. (2 Tbsp = 1/8 cup = about a handful). That means one serving of red fruits or veggies would be about a handful, or 2 tablespoons of red fruits/veggies. The USDA defines 1 serving as 1/2 cup of fruits or veggies.
