I am Gluten Free. Are there weight loss recipes for GF people?

Official Answer

Yes, absolutely! Search "Weight Loss" in the Recipes section for more. Most recipes are gluten free, since leafy greens, cruciferous veggies, and fruits do not contain gluten. Neither does water, coconut water, or almond milk. That makes at least 90 percent of all of our recipes safe for those on a gluten-free diet.

Be sure to look at the ingredient list and decide from there.
