How does skipping a blast and a meal affect weight loss?

When you skip meals you are most likely decreasing your overall caloric intake. The less calories you take in throughout the day, may lead to decreased weight depending on what other foods you are eating. I would not suggest skipping meals as an effect tool for weight loss. This can impact your hormone regulation and in some cases people that are not eating frequent meals or at least 3 meals per day may actually gain weight.
