Are there any super food interactions I should know about?
I have been throwing a lot of the good-for-me ingredients in my smoothies in the morning - apple cider vinegar, coconut oil, turmeric, honey, ginger, flax seeds, and sometimes the superfood blend, with my greens and fruits.
I find it much more tolerable to do them all at once, drowned out by fruit, than to take them individually, but is this too much at one time? Could they be interfering with one another? Also is it black pepper or cayenne pepper that makes turmeric work better?
