Which ailment should I focus on when making Blasts?

I have arthritis, but want weight control, also. Should I drink a NutriBlast each day for each?

You can do that, or research the foods that are beneficial for both conditions and include them in your daily Blasts. For instance, cherries and broccoli are great whole foods options that help combat arthritis, while you may also want high-fiber, low-glycemic fruits and veggies to encourage weight loss, like berries. These can both be included in your Blasts, but you should also note that the inclusion of more fruits and vegetables in your diet will naturally help decrease pain and help you manage your weight.
