Sarah, I am about 40lbs overweight, had all my test done and everything is fine except my cholestrol

is at 212. I want so much to lose the weight and of course lower my cholestrol.

For cholesterol:
Almost anything you put in a NutriBlast will benefit you. These foods are filled with fiber and antioxidants...two important components to help reduce cholesterol. Focus on soluble fiber - this type binds LDL cholesterol to help remove it from your body! Oats, apples and flax seed are great additions to a cholesterol-lowering NutriBlast. Grapes, strawberries, and citrus fruits also contain pectin, a type of soluble fiber most noted in apple skins, that lowers LDL. Outside of NutriBlasting, I'd recommend eating more plant-based foods and fewer processed carbs. With continuous NutriBlasting...over time, you will more than likely see your numbers drop!

Sarah- I've seen the cholesterol link 2 times in here and it doesn't work. Can you try the link again? Or a different article?
You can google Harvard and Fiber, and several articles pop up. The nutriliving link worked for me.
