I need to lose 60 pounds. Will substituting one meal a day with a blast help.
I usually make a breakfast blast of spinach, frozen 1/2 banana, red grapes and almond milk with a tbsp. of crushed flax seed. Sometimes I make a blast instead of lunch and eat cottage cheese with blueberries for breakfast that day.
