Your nutrition facts often say "sugar 14%" but then say this represents 0% daily allowance?

I am diabetic and need to keep cars and especially sugars low. Can you explain please.

Official Answer

It is best to look at total carbohydrates when calculating diabetic servings. I am not sure exactly which nutrition facts you are looking at, but I would always look at total carbohydrates to understand how many carbs are in the product or food you are eating.
