I experienced diarrhea after my "detox" drink (apple, pear, banana, pineapple, spinach), is there something more gentle on the stomach?

I had to go to the doctor because I thought something was wrong with me. The "detox" drink (apple, pear, banana, pineapple, spinach) seems too harsh for me to drink every day. Which "blasts" are more gentle on the digestive system? Thanks

Based on your recipe, there seems to be a high amount of sugars in your Blast. Your diarrhea can be attributed to two major things: excess sugar or foods that may not have been cleaned properly.

When an individual consumes excess concentrated sugar (natural or added sugars), they may experience diarrhea. This is due because sugars can often pull water in a certain direction in your body and a result of that will be diarrhea.

Food poisoning can be caused if the fruits or vegetables were not cleaned properly. I would recommend rinsing all the fresh produce prior to using.

In the mean time, I would recommend waiting until you are able to eat and have an appetite again. For your future recipes, please use this template for recipes:

50% greens (baby leafy greens, baby spinach, baby kale, spring mix)
1/4 to 1/2 cup of fruit
1 tbsp of protein (almond, peanuts or almond/peanut butter)
liquid to max line (coconut water, almond milk, milk, or water/cold brewed tea)

Today I added a good quantity of organic ginger root (about 4 tsp.) to a breakfast smoothie to relieve sciatica pain, as ginger works wonders. While everything had gone smoothly for a few days previous when I consumed small amounts of ginger in an avocado/banana/nut/ginger pudding, the sudden large quantity caused awkward productive gas. I can only assume that too much ginger all at once can also trigger diarrhea!
I calmed and rebalanced my digestion with the old Vermont home remedy of a cup of water with apple cider vinegar and honey - both raw and organic, of course.
