I want to lower cholesterol and loose weight...

Here is my recipie I do every day...........4 or 5 baby carrots, a stalk of celery, 5 slices of ginger root, chia seeds 1 tbsp., 1/4 of an ovacado, one granny smith apple frozen and peeled, 3 tbsp. of kale or spinish or a mix. is this good or can I modify it in some way to loose weight and cholesterol.....I have high triglicerides also......
