My smoothies are causing rectal discharge!! I think it's caused by diuretic or laxative foods?
I have suffered from this for years- throughout the day liquid will gradually leak out of my butt!! But it is usually very tolerable.
But my symptoms are worse now that I am having smoothies. In particular, a recipe with lots of blueberries seems to be causing the trouble. I have done some research and blueberries and a natural laxative and diuretic. Is there anything I can add to my diet to counter this? Any anti diuretic or anti laxative foods? Whether they are in my smoothie or not? Thnx!!
