Can too many ingredients be used? Do you get the benefit from all of them? Today I used

I cup Blueberries, Small Avocado, 1/2 Tsp cinnamon, 1/2 Tsp Maqui Berry powder, handful Spinach, 1 Tbs Chia seed, Coconut milk to max line.
