Which recipes can help with recovery from Lyme disease?

I was diagnosed with Lyme Disease last week. It was caught early and with antibiotics, I should make a complete recovery.  However, the fatigue will take weeks to go away, and as a teacher, school opens soon.  Are there any good recipes to help speed up the healing process?

Some good ingredients that can be added to a NutriBlast would be:
Garlic - acts as an antibiotic and immune system booster
Oil of Oregano (can be found in health food stores like Whole Foods) - antiseptic
Omega-3s (hemp, flax, chia, walnuts, avocados) - anti-inflammatory
Bromelain (pineapple and its core) - anti-inflammatory
Kelp, chlorella, or other seaweed - detoxification and essential vitamins and minerals
Selenium (Brazil nuts) – antioxidant

Thanks! I'm really new to nutribullet and have been experimenting until I came down with this. I'm also looking at recipes that help with the extreme fatigue. Thanks for the advice!
