How much superfood fat burning boost should I use?

I purchased the fat burning boost.  It reads that it is a 30 day supply.  What size scoop should I use?  1 tablespoon?

The serving size on the bag notes 2 teaspoons is one serving for a total of 30 per bag! However, it is fine if you wish to add more.

Thank You...I did notice the serving size of 2 teaspoons but also read the front of the package that noted 1 scoop. I guess that is where my confusion started. So 2 teaspoons it is. THANKS A BUNCH
I have a gluten free diet. Can I use the Super Food Fat Burning Boost?
While it does not contain any gluten-containing ingredients, it has not been tested or certified gluten-free.
I have just order this. While using it, will it completely replace my usual boosts of Flax Seed, Chia Seed, or other boosts?
Feel free to add in other boosts as well. The fat burning boost contains cacao, chia, green tea, cinnamon, ginger, and turmeric. If you decide to add more boosts, then you may want to choose others besides those. Some more chia would be fine to add since most people add in at least a Tbsp of that by itself!
Could you please tell me what is Chia ?
