Can I make NutriBlasts in advance?

My day typically starts at 3:45am.  I would love to take Nutriblasts to work with me but the noise from my Nutribullet wakes everyone up!!  I wondered if making my blast the night before and storing in the refrigerator overnight would reduce the nutritional value any?

I'm a "newbie," but if you consider that most fruit and vegetables start to lose nutritional value once they're picked, then once the skin is broken, it probably goes down from there the longer you wait to consume it. However, I think you can also consider whether a 8-10 hour old nutriblast is better than no nutriblast. So maybe it's diminished, but still worthy of drinking. Can you leave the motor at work, and bring your cup of ingredients and "blast" it there? Just an idea…. Good luck!
