How can I add protein to my teenager's Blasts?

I have a 16 year old son who is very athletic, but doesn't eat much protein.  Please let me know what I can add to his nurtibullet shake for protein and to build muscle? Thanks so much! Olivia

Some good protein-rich ingredients to add to a Blast include: - A protein powder (see this link for some good options: http://www.nutriliving.com/blog/which-protein-powder-best-you - Beans (Garbanzo and black beans tend to blend well with other ingredients) - Nuts and nut butters (almond, cashew, peanut, walnut, etc.) - Seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, hemp, chia, etc.) - Organic silken tofu - Some cooked grains like quinoa, amaranth, oats
