Are there foods that can help with low back pain and spinal stenosis?

I HAVE BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH SPINAL STENOSIS. ARE THERE ANY FOODS OR RECIPES THAT WOULD HELP CONTROL THE LOWER BACK PAIN AND THE RESTLESS LEGS  THANKYOU

Adding extra magnesium to your diet may be helpful for restless legs, try foods like raw spinach, kale, pumpkin seeds, squash seeds, lentils, soy beans, brown rice, avocados, bananas, figs and dark chocolate. For the pain I would include foods that can help relieve inflammation. Try foods like ginger, turmeric, edamame, chili peppers, dark leafy greens, berries, green tea and cacao.
