Which foods can help with plantar fascitis?

I’m a triathlon coach and athlete suffering from a chronic plantar fasciitis.  Basically its a inflammation of the fascia tissue under the foot.  Issue is that, apparently, limited blood supply also limit nutrient delivery to the area making recovery very hard and slow. I’m really interested to know if someone have struggle with this and if any juice recipe can help. PS: Please limit the suggestions to foods.  Prolotherapy, Fenestration, Cortisone shots, massage, therapy, orthodics, correct shoes and all other methods have being tried already.

You can try to include foods that help decrease inflammation and increase blood flow. Warming spices like cayenne pepper, ginger, cinnamon, turmeric, and garlic have been shown to improve blood flow. Other good options are citrus fruits due to their vitamin C, nuts and seeds due to their Vitamin E, and also dried goji berries! Some potent anti-inflammatory foods include: ginger, turmeric, dark leafy greens, edamame, cacao, berries, garlic, salmon, hemp seeds, green tea and chili peppers.
