What can I have besides coconut water or celery to lower blood pressure?

I am not on blood pressure pills, when I was, my blood pressure got to low and I almost fainted while sitting in a chair which was lucky. my problem is my kidneys were a little high on the creatine level and getting higher.  I know I was not drinking enough water.  But what else can I eat if I cannot have coconut water( which has potassium) or celery (that lowers the blood pressure))?

If you are not dealing with any underlying kidney issues, the best way to flush the kidneys is to drink plenty of water, eat foods with a diuretic effect (cucumber, lemon, celery, beets, cabbage, parsley, tomato, watermelon, asparagus) and limit intake of animal-based proteins. If dealing with kidney failure, protein, potassium and phosphorus are important nutrients to be mindful of and I would suggest speaking w/ your Dr. If you are dealing with calcium-oxalate kidney stones then it's best to look into reducing consumption of foods high in oxalates (chocolate, okra, sweet potatoes, sesame seeds, greens, nuts, and spinach) A good Generalized NutriBlast combo for kidney detox might be: leafy green of choice fresh cranberries pomegranate seeds (or grapes if you cannot find) carrot (or beetroot) cucumber parsley chlorella or spirulina (optional) room temperature nettle tea or water to the max line These ingredients promote kidney cleansing as well as strengthen the kidney and promote blood circulation. If it is too bitter, try adding some lemon or a small bit of banana. Another Kidney Detox NutriBlast recipe is: ½ regular size cucumber with skin (or a whole organic mini Persian cucumber); 1 celery stalk 1 small handful of cilantro 1/8 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice 1 peeled carrot cut up in chunks Fill to max line with filtered or spring water **since I do not know your personal health history, I suggest discussing specifics w/ your Dr. before making any dietary changes. These ingredients and foods are general suggestions for a kidney detox without underlying medical conditions.
