Which smoothies are low in potassium?

I was religiously having a nutriblast 5-6 times per week for 3 months.  My A1C really seemed to appreciate this, however, my potassium level shot up and I never had a problem with this before.  I assumed it was from all of the spinach, kale, and banana so I laid off the smoothies for 2 weeks and my potassium level is now back to normal.  I still want to have my smoothies and keep my A1C level in control, so I need to know what smoothies I can make that are low in potassium and still taste good.

Search our recipe tab for recipes that contain these lower potassium foods: apples, blackberries, blueberries, carrots, cucumber, grapes, lemons, lettuce, peaches, pears, pineapple, plums, raspberries, strawberries, watermelon.

Try and avoid these higher potassium foods: apricots, bananas, avocados, beets, brussels sprouts, chard, dates, nectarines, oranges, potatoes, sweet potatoes, spinach
