Add in 1/2 an avocado, some hemp seeds, chia seeds, nuts, nut butters, cold-pressed coconut oil, seeds, juice or nut milk...(note that avocado and chia seeds make your Blast thick)!

1/2 cup spinach
1 Tbsp almond butter
1 Tbsp hemp seeds
1 Tbsp cold-pressed coconut oil
1/2 cup blueberries
1 cup almond milk
Optional: scoop of protein powder
