How can I increase my sodium levels?

What should I add to my recipes to help increase my sodium level? My sodium level is 130, range is 135-146. I have to reduce water intake and increase daily consumption of sodium.

Official Answer

You can use a pinch of himalayan sea salt right in your Blast. I do that when I have long exercise days where I need the extra sodium.

Both spinach and celery have respectable levels of sodium compared to many vegetables... Sounds like you're in a pretty unique circumstance-- most Americans need to reduce sodium. The good news is that it is easy to do!
