How can I lose weight with allergies?

I'm 20 years old, live in Australia and a brand new nutribullet user. I keep looking through recipes and most call for either Banana (a big one), Pineapple and avocado. I am allergic to banana and pineapple but I hate avocado.  (also used chia seeds and a mixed seeds mix in a nutriblast and had the same reaction I get with bananas and pineapple - a swelling, inflamed itchy feeling in the back of my mouth and throat) I'm not sure what seed caused it. I'm looking to lose weight as I am currently 224lbs, 5ft 8" - Hoping to get down to 154lbs. I have a family history of type 1 diabetes on both sides of my family. I find getting up in the morning a massive challange, sleeping in until 11:00 generally - I also find it hard to settle down and sleep at night. I'm hoping to do a sort of radical weight loss regime, possibly with all daily meals replaced by a nurtiblast. Any information or recipes that could help me would be great!  Also any information in what I should add e.g. green tea or protein powders? (I am unable to order the superfoods powder etc)

I would suggest starting w/ the Six Week Transformation Plan that comes along with your NutriBlast. It is not meant to be used as a weight loss plan, however many of our users have lost weight by following the plan. I'd suggest checking out some of our great articles and recipes we have filed under weight loss! Regarding the food allergies, my suggestion would be to substitute these foods with others that you like and do not cause an allergic reaction. Berries, apples, pears, mango and veggies like broccoli, celery, carrots, beets, etc. There are a wide variety to choose from!
