I would suggest starting w/ the Six Week Transformation Plan that comes along with your NutriBlast. It is not meant to be used as a weight loss plan, however many of our users have lost weight by following the plan. I'd suggest checking out some of our great articles and recipes we have filed under weight loss! Regarding the food allergies, my suggestion would be to substitute these foods with others that you like and do not cause an allergic reaction. Berries, apples, pears, mango and veggies like broccoli, celery, carrots, beets, etc. There are a wide variety to choose from!
