Can I use frozen turnips, collard greens or mustard greens?

Several recipes call for turnips, collard greens or mustard greens. Can you use frozen ones? I vary my blasts so I end up throwing some of the vegs away because I'm not able to use it all before it goes bad. Also, is frozen fruit ok too?

Yes, You can use frozen fruit. And you can freeze your greens and use. So enjoy.
Yup I know many people who do that!
I freeze all my greens by the handfull in zip lock bags and I freeze most of my fresh fruit by the 1/2 cup size in zip lock bags. It is cost effective for me so that the fruit and veggis won't go bad on me.
Thanks, Scott. My spinach and mix greens go bad before I'm able to use it all so I could freeze it small ziploc bags, right?
I know this is late, but, I thought that freezing organic, fresh greens was the only way to go. They are in season for such a short time. I use the gallon size ziploc bags. They are good for up to a year in the freezer. I stock up when they are in season. I buy frozen organic fruit as well. Some fresh fruit and veggies (I've read) are actually better purchased frozen because when they are left out in the light in the grocery stores, they lose some vitamins (particularly Vitamin A). The frozen ones are packed soon after picking, and the bags are solid or opaque, allowing less light to deplete the nutrients. :)l
