How can I curb cravings when I have PMS?

I find I creep to the cupboard for snacks high in carbs (pita chips) and chocolate in the evening during my cycle, I feel awful after eating them, in that it makes me feel nauseous as I don't binge eat snacks at any other time of the month. What blasts would be good to have to curb my cravings and stay clear from unhealthy binge snacking late at night after dinner during my cycle. T
