Sethbt you are going to get a lot of fiber, vitamins, minerals, enzymes, antioxidant and plant sterols when using the Nutribullet so I would not add additional fiber to it unless your doctors tells you to. What you are taking is isolated fiber and nutrients that are contained in many vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds, beans and whole grains.
Exercise is one of the best ways to lower and balance cholesterol in combination with a plant based diet.
It doesn't get any better that the real thing!
