Can I use frozen greens and herbs?

Hi, I want to start a Nutriliving health plan but I live in a rural area where it is hard to find all the different types of greens and herbs as fresh produce.
My question is; to avoid long distance travel every other day for greens and herbs, can I purchase these items in bulk and freeze them for use as needed.
One benefit would be adding cold ingredients would help to make a cold drink, but will freezing remove any of the nutrients and will the greens keep in the freezer for any length of time? Also would purchasing frozen greens have any less nutrient value then freezing my own fresh greens? And is there anything in fruits and vegetables that absolutely cannot be frozen? Can I freeze citrus fruits?

Sincerely,
Kevin McCoy

Freezing actually helps preserve the nutrients in the fruits and veggies. As long as you prep them before you freeze them, you will be just fine! You can peel and freeze citrus fruits as well. I would not freeze them and eat them again because the consistency may change, but freezing foods and putting them in a Blast is perfect.
