How can I add carrots without getting gas?

Sorry if this is TMI, when I started making my nutriblasts back in January,  I'd experience horrendous gas.  I know that when you first start out, your body isn't used to all of the fiber so gas and bloating is to be expected, but after a month of drinking one blast every morning, I knew that it had to be something so  I read online and learned that some vegetables do not mix well with fruit... "When we talk of vegetables, we should really separate them into starchy vegetables and leafy greens. Carrots, beets, broccoli, zucchini, daikon radish, cauliflower, cabbage, brussels sprouts, eggplant, pumpkin, squash, okra, peas, corn, green beans, and others do not combine well with fruit due to their high starch content which makes them unsuitable for use in smoothies. Then I realized that I was adding carrots with my blasts in the morning with fruit and after I stopped adding carrots,  the gas is now gone! But I'd like to add carrots back to my blasts.

Can you recommend some good blasts (probably veg only) where I can use carrots?

Regarding carrots, how about this V-8 like Blast? Tomato, carrot, celery, beet, parsley, lettuce, watercress and spinach with water. I also like to add in carrots with other orange foods like mango and oranges.
