What can I use for inflammation besides nuts and seeds?

My 2 and 7 year old have multiple allergies so we are on GFCF, nut and seed free, organic fruits and veggies, grass fed beef, free range eggs/chickens and happy cage free pigs. Love the bullet and would love more ideas using boosts other than nuts/seeds. We do rotation so they don't become allergic to any new foods due to their inflammation from a poor immune system. So, variety is best.

Other than nuts and seeds I like to use ginger and turmeric for inflammation, I use nutritional yeast, spirulina and goji berries for protein and I also like to Blast with a lot of berries, kale and broccoli as those are some of the most nutrient dense foods. Avocado may be a good add in, to get some healthy sources of fat.
