Where should I start for weight loss?

I am new to nutrbullet i am an obese person i want to lose weight and I'm 42 and feel like a very old person i have aches and pains my back hurts all the time i have edema in feet and legs fatigue all the time and constipation please give me recipes to help with these problems.
