Absolutely! Blasting is a great way to get a variety of gluten free foods into the diet. You can use any fruits, veggies, ginger, spirulina, chia seeds, flax seeds, nuts, turmeric and herbs.
The only ingredient we use in some recipes are raw oats, which technically are gluten free but some people can be sensitive to them because they may have been processed in a factory that had gluten products. You can even add a gluten free vegan protein powder to stay full longer and use a Blast as a meal replacement.
