What are the best recipes for chronic constipation?

I just puchased my Nutribullet and I'm really excitied to get started. I suffer from chronic constipation and would like to know the the best nutriblast recipe that I could start with. The most effective fruits, vegetables and nuts that I should add to my blast.

Gladys congratulation on your new NutriBullet, it can change your life forever if you use it! Make sure you are drink plenty of water every day, at least 1/2 your body weight in fluid ounces. If you weigh 150 pounds that would be at least 75 ounces of water per day. Make sure you include fiber rich foods like chia seeds, oat bran, flax seeds, avocado (one of the highest fiber content foods), raspberries and apples in your blast. make sure you put lots of chia seeds and/or flax seeds in your blast. That really helps me go!
