What can I have as a snack during the Super Cleanse?

Evenings are the hardest times...on 1st day of 5 day cleanse, but craving something to chew on...would air popped popcorn be OK?

It's normal to crave snacks when starting on a cleanse. Think to yourself when these cravings hit if you are truly hungry or if this is due to habit or emotional hunger (boredom, etc.) It is is true hunger, then it's find to snack. I'd suggest munching on some nuts or some veggies with hummus. Often popcorn contains added salts, oils, and butters and may be made from GMO corn. Also, try not to eat anything at least 3 hours before you go to sleep and allow at least 12 hours from the end of your meal til breakfast to help detox and digest!
