Do certain greens block calcium absorption?

I read an article that said not to eat collard greens, spinach or kale raw because it blocks the absorption of calcium, I really need the calcium should i start steaming these greens?

Official Answer

Cooking will help decrease the compounds that inhibit mineral absorption, also rotating your greens will help give your body exposure to different compounds in different greens.
