What alternatives can you suggest for Greek yogurt and bananas?

I am lactose intolerant and cannot use the recipes that include items like greek yogurt. Can you suggest an alternative? Also, I simply do not like bananas, can you suggest a good (tasty) alternative to add potassium to my nutriblasts? Thanks for your help!

We are lucky that these days there are several alternatives to dairy-based foods. Try coconut milk or almond milk yogurt (organic soy is also available). Then you have so many different milk alternatives (almond, hemp, soy, rice, hazelnut, coconut, etc.) For potassium, try avocado, cooked sweet potato, beets, and broccoli.
