What foods should I avoid if I have intestinal issues?

I have most of my large intestine and small intestine removed so I have to watch what I eat so it does not go straight through me. Can you tell me how to or what foods to avoid this problem?
thank you so much!

I would highly recommend working with a dietitian as you have very specific dietary restrictions. A dietitian will make sure you are able to tolerate certain foods and get a variety of nutrients in your diet.

My general recommendation would be to focus on using slower digesting foods that are high in proteins. I would suggest using the short cup and making several Blasts throughout the day. This will give your body a chance to process the foods you are drinking.

Use foods like peanut butter, almond butter, sunflower seed butter, almond milk, rice milk, coconut milk, oatmeal, oat bran, beets, romaine lettuce, spinach, carrots, squash without skin or seeds, canned fruits in natural juices, organic tofu. If you can tolerate dairy, kefier may be a good option or coconut kefier may work as well. A vegan protein powder may be a good addition.

You may have to experiment with different food combinations listed above and see what you best tolerate.
