Why do my veggie NutriBlasts give me nausea?

I am on Day 2 of drinking Nutriblasts, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. I was drinking green smoothies before that but could never get a smooth consistancy and couldnt add alot of the things i wanted. I have liver disease so I am trying to have a lot of green veg, and in the morning I've been having a nutriblast of Kale, Cabbage, Tomato, Spinach, Broccoli, Cucumber, Celery, Apple, banana, Pinapple, Chia seeds, Flax seeds, Almonds and Goji berries. I do mix it up with other boosts and different veg too. I have a spinach and berry Blast in the afternoon. However, The morning one seems to be really upsetting my stomach. Like I'm overloading or something, i don't know. Am i doing something wrong? Is this normal? Will this feeling get better or do i need to change something? The Berry Blasts don't seem to make me very nauseas, They are quite soothing, but i don't like feeling sick from veggies when i should be getting the opposite shouldn't i?

Having the same problem as Sezbang, I started yesterday so also day 2, but never did this before. Just been diagnosed with breastcancer so I want and need to change my lifestyle and diet. I am feeling quite sick ever since I started with the blasts. Is this detoxing? I take spinache with berries, apple, whatever I have and almond milk combined water mix and flaxseeds. The taste is good but my body is not used to 'good food' I am a very bad eater normally. Bad as in quantity mainly. What I eat is sort of healthy but I hardly eat.
I would focus on trying to get some higher calorie foods into your Blasts. If your appetite has been poor, using the Blast is a great way to get extra calories that are easier to consume. You may want to start with a smaller Blast and see if that is less of a shock to your system. You can also add ginger root which can help decrease nausea and an upset stomach. Your body may go through detoxing symptoms for about 1-2 weeks, make sure you are drinking plenty of water and always try and purchase organic produce for your Blasts.
