Mike this will give you a lot of calories and a boat load of nutrition. I suggest doing additional smoothies with lots of greens and other veggies for more nutrient balance everyday.
If you add nut butters like almond, peanut or cashew butters to drinks they will give you approximately 90 calories per tablespoon. Olive or coconut oil is 120 calories per tablespoon. An average size California or Florida avocado is between 250 and 300 calories.
