Do you have tips for picky eaters?

Bought a nutribullet 600 from a local dept store. I've tried a few of the recipes, I tried the fat burning blast with a few of the recipes. I am over weight but I hardly eat much because I hate food. Broccoli I can't even get past the smell of it raw or cooked. I can't find any of the recipes that I could stick with. The fat burning stuff, I tried one of the recipes that said to use 2 tbsp of it. I couldn't drink it at all. I never really did like vegetables growing up green beans, corn, spinach. A salad iceburg lettuce shredded carrots, radishes. Never liked cucumbers, any squash. I used to eat watermelon like crazy until I got sick from eating so much of it I have never been able to eat it since, and I have tried. Any other melons I would not eat. Would never knowingly eat any mushrooms. Fruits mostly ok banana's, apples's, oranges, pinneapple, strawberries, wild black raspberries is about it. I need to do this to get healthier, and lose the weight but I'm stuck because of how picky I am about most foods.

Sometimes you have to change your outlook and perspective. We always are under the assumption that everything we eat should be the most delicious and tasty food in the world, however, sometimes you need to eat for health. These foods are less sweet, bitter and can initially be a little off putting. The best way to transition into a healthy diet is start with the fruits you like in your Blast and add a small amount of greens. Once your taste buds change, you will find that you start enjoying different foods. Remember health is a journey and you have to be patient with the process. You really need to be mentally prepared to take on a healthy lifestyle. I'll admit, some of my concoctions are not exactly the greatest tasting, but I know they are super healthy for me. A lot of this is trial and error. Keep in mind that some of those fruits mask the flavor of the greens (like banana and pineapple). You seem to like all of my favorite fruits, too! Keep reading this website and don't give up!!!!
